More than 48 hours before
Full refund or free reschedule
Cancel or reschedule more than 48 hours before your appointment and you are entitled to a full refund or a free reschedule at no additional charge.
Within 48 hours
No refund
Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment are not eligible for a refund. The time slot will be released but the full fee is retained.
No-show
No refund
Failure to attend without prior notice results in loss of the full fee. No refund or credit will be issued.
Email chrisgkoufas@dvotionlabs.com as soon as possible with your booking reference. Cancellations are processed in the order received.
Monthly coaching subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' written notice. You retain access to coaching support for the remainder of the current paid period.
If DVOTION cancels your appointment for any reason, you will receive a full refund and a priority reschedule offer. We will contact you as soon as possible if this occurs.
