1. About DVOTION

DVOTION LTD (registered in England and Wales, company number 17196354), trading as DVOTION Labs, provides physiological testing, movement assessment, performance coaching and related support services in London. These terms govern your use of our website and services.

2. Booking and payment

• Bookings are confirmed only once full payment is completed via Stripe Checkout.
• Prices are displayed in GBP. Coaching subscriptions are billed monthly.
• A booking confirmation email will be sent to the address provided at checkout.
• The slot shown at booking is held for 30 minutes while you complete payment. If payment is not completed, the slot is released.

3. Cancellation and refunds

See our full Cancellation Policy. In summary:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment are eligible for a full refund or free reschedule.
• Cancellations within 48 hours are not eligible for a refund.
• No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
• Coaching subscriptions can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.

4. Health disclaimer

Our assessments and coaching services provide data and guidance based on testing results. They are not a substitute for medical advice. If you have a pre-existing medical condition, consult your GP before booking a physiological assessment. DVOTION accepts no liability for any injury or health issue arising from participation in testing or coaching sessions.

5. Conduct

You agree to arrive on time for appointments and follow the instructions of DVOTION staff. DVOTION reserves the right to refuse service where conduct is inappropriate or unsafe.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, reports and assessment data — is the property of DVOTION. Reports generated from your assessment are provided for your personal use and may not be redistributed commercially.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DVOTION's total liability for any claim arising from the use of our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
