Discuss Hybrid Coaching

Process

How it works.

Start with an assessment to understand your current fitness or movement. Your coach uses the results, your goals and your training history to plan your sessions. As you train, your feedback and progress guide adjustments. Repeat testing can help review those priorities when it would be useful.

From our athletes

Athlete feedback.

I've been playing football my whole life and never really had been to a physio, nutritionist, or psychologist. I reached out to Chris, and since visiting, I've noticed drastic improvements in my athletic performance. Absolutely must recommend!
